Warrington Dogs are fully insured but wherever possible pets should be insured by the client. We reserve the right to refuse a booking for any pet that is not insured. We will take every precaution to ensure your pet and home is secure but any damage to the client’s property caused by the client’s pet or by outside interference (burglary/relatives etc) will not be deemed the responsibility of Warrington Dogs.

In the unfortunate event that your pet needs to be seen by a vet, all receipts etc. from the vets shall be retained and the client is responsible to pay all vets bills incurred for any pet whilst in the care of Warrington Dogs plus £5 additional cost for transportation to vets. The dog walker must have authorisation to visit the vet or an alternative vet in an emergency and accept full responsibility for charges incurred from the emergency visits. Proof of all vaccinations and certificates (including kennel cough) must be provided and must be up-to-date, plus insurance details.

All medication for your pet must be made clear to me with clear and precise instructions for administration to your pet. Warrington Dogs do not accept responsibility for incorrect instructions of medication etc. The client must provide a contact number in the case of an emergency. All dogs must be free from fleas and worms and must be regularly treated.

Pet Care:
We will take every care necessary with your pet, but Warrington Dogs will not be held liable for any loss, injury or death of your pet through faulty collars, leads, harnesses, inadequate fencing at home or injury or death from other dogs or humans.

All collars, leads and harnesses must fit correctly and must be in good order with a name & number tag. In extreme weather conditions, Warrington Dogs can cut short a walk if necessary for the safety of the walker and the dogs. Please provide a towel for rubbing down if necessary in a convenient spot.

Invoices:  All invoices raised for by Warrington Dogs must be paid to the provider within a seven day period if this isn’t adhered to Warrington Dogs reserves the right to add a late payment admin fee to the outstanding invoice. In the case of unpaid invoices exceeding 7 days Warrington Dogs reserves the right to suspend dog walking services until the account has been settled.

Warrington Dogs cannot accept dangerous/banned dogs or bitches in season. We will not be responsible if your dogs attacks, bites or shows aggression to other dogs, humans or property. Your pet will be loved and cared for while in the care of Warrington Dogs.

The client agrees to provide keys or arrange for keys to be available for walking. Keys kept with Warrington Dogs will be free of charge and kept in a secure lockable box.
